This rule covers all implied commercial quality guarantees, practical applicability for specific usage scenarios, durability assurance, ownership certification and non-infringement related commitments.

Under no circumstances shall our brand, management staff, working team, affiliated institutions, authorized representatives, cooperative merchants and supply partners be held accountable for personal harm, economic losses, user claims, as well as all direct, indirect, accidental, punitive and special derivative damages. This scope includes but is not limited to profit loss, income reduction, savings deficit, data loss, replacement expenditure and other similar economic losses. The above liability exemption applies to disputes arising from contract agreements, negligence behavior, strict liability rules and other legal grounds, covering all losses caused by service use, commodity purchase and related platform operations, even if we have been informed of potential loss risks beforehand. In regions where relevant laws prohibit partial liability exemption clauses, our liability scope shall be restricted within the legal maximum limit allowed by local regulations.

You agree to fully compensate, defend and exempt our company, parent enterprise, branch institutions, cooperative partners, management personnel, operational staff and all related cooperative parties from all third-party claims, demands and corresponding reasonable legal expenses. Such compensation obligations shall take effect if disputes arise from your violation of this user agreement, relevant supplementary regulations or local laws, as well as any behavior that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

If any clause stipulated in this user agreement is deemed illegal, invalid or unable to be enforced in practice, such clause shall be implemented within the maximum scope permitted by local applicable laws. The invalid part shall be automatically separated from the whole agreement, and this judgment will not affect the legal validity and enforceable effect of all remaining clauses.

All rights obligations and liability responsibilities confirmed by both parties before the formal termination date shall remain legally effective after the agreement ends.

This user agreement takes effect from the date users start using platform services until either party formally applies for termination. You may terminate this agreement at any time by sending us a usage termination notice or directly stopping all access and use of our official website and platform services.

If we judge that you have violated any regulation of this agreement or have obvious suspected violation behavior, we have the right to terminate this agreement instantly without advance notice. You shall settle all outstanding payable fees before the termination date, and we have the right to block your access permissions to all or part of platform services.

Any delayed exercise or non-supervision of any legitimate right and agreement clause by us shall not be regarded as a permanent waiver of such right and clause.

This user agreement, together with all official published platform rules and service specifications, constitutes the complete consensus and binding agreement between you and our company. It regulates all your behaviors of using platform services, and replaces all previous oral and written communication contents, preliminary cooperation agreements and old version user agreements between both parties. When there is ambiguous content in clause interpretation, no unfavorable interpretation shall be imposed on the drafting party.

This user agreement and all independent service cooperation agreements signed separately shall be formulated, interpreted and protected in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.

We reserve the absolute right to adjust, modify and replace any content of this user agreement according to actual operation needs, and all revised contents will be officially released through our official website. Users shall take the initiative to check the latest agreement rules regularly. Your continuous access to and use of our website and platform services after the release of revised clauses will be regarded as your automatic recognition and acceptance of all updated content.
