Personalized items, clearance sale items and hygiene products are final sale and not returnable.
For personal reason returns, the buyer bears return shipping fees; for defective or damaged items, we cover the cost.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
