Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days after you receive the goods.

Items must be unused, unopened, with original packaging intact, and cannot affect resale.

Personalized items, clearance sale items and hygiene products are final sale and not returnable.

For personal reason returns, the buyer bears return shipping fees; for defective or damaged items, we cover the cost.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with any other separate agreements through which we provide services to you, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. This application shall exclude the conflict of law principles of the State of New Jersey that would otherwise direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
