Order Processing & Shipping Policy


When Will My Order Be Processed?


We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders in the fastest possible timeframe. Please double‑check your selected item style and color during checkout, as we do not support order edits after submission. Once your order is confirmed in our system, no further adjustments or cancellations can be accepted.

All orders are normally processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is received. Shipping will be arranged on the next working day once processing is finished. Standard international delivery generally takes 7 to 15 business days in total.

Every order is packed and shipped directly from our China warehouse. Please allow extra processing time during public holidays and large promotional events; we appreciate your understanding and patience during peak shopping periods.

Shipping Confirmation


Once your parcel has been dispatched, we will send a shipment notification email to the address you provided at checkout. The email will include full tracking details, enabling you to follow your package’s delivery progress online in real time.

Shipping cost is calculated based on your package weight and delivery destination. For all international orders, the recipient is solely responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes and related clearance fees.

Order Tracking


It is the recipient’s responsibility to monitor shipment tracking and promptly provide any documents required by local customs or courier providers.

If your package is returned to sender or delivery fails because you did not follow up on tracking, submit required paperwork, or respond to courier notices, we cannot offer complimentary refunds or replacements. In such cases, you will need to place a new order if you still wish to purchase the items.

Delivery Information


Local customs may request additional documentation and extra clearance time, which may extend the original estimated delivery schedule. We recommend checking your tracking regularly to stay updated on any potential delays.

Your package will be delivered by your national postal service or a local courier partner. Most areas use standard postal delivery, so your parcel will arrive with regular mail. If no one is available to receive the package, a pickup slip will be left with instructions on where and how to collect your item.

Taxes & Customs Duties


Upon arrival in your country, your package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other official charges set exclusively by your local customs authority.

All such fees are the full responsibility of the order recipient and will not be covered by our company. For exact charge standards, please contact your local customs office directly.

Customs & Import Regulations


It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with local postal rules and import restrictions regarding prohibited or restricted goods. We are not liable if your country’s customs denies entry or seizes items due to non‑compliance with local regulations.

Foreign Transaction Fees


If your credit card uses a currency other than US Dollars, the bank’s applied exchange rate may differ from the rate shown on our website. Your card issuer may also charge an international transaction fee.

These extra charges and exchange rate differences are set by your own bank, and we take no responsibility for such fees or rate variations. For clarification, please consult your banking institution.

While our site can display prices in your local currency, all checkout transactions are finalized and charged in USD via Stripe payment system.

Order Cancellation & Modifications


If you wish to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out to our customer support immediately after placing it.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your order enters warehouse preparation status, no edits or cancellations can be made.

Please note that any order already packed or shipped cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
